NPR is good for me
Today I drove my car a couple hours from home, something I haven’t done in quite a while. In my travels I got happy thanks to this man’s comforting voice; discovered a book I absolutely must read soon, The Food Life; cried hearing writer Suzanne Pirret’s story of grieving and farmers markets; and learned what a washed rind cheese is. Tonight at yoga I found I was suddenly able to touch my toes in sitting position. I was completely bent over, head against my thighs, I didn't even know that my toes were that close, and that in seconds, I'd be touching them! Woot woot!

LOST is on again
